I lost access to my e-mail

If you can no longer read your sign-in e-mail you can ask to change it. We never confirm or deny that an account exists. You will need to confirm the new address, have a company administrator approve, pass a second check, and then wait (24 hours; 72 hours for administrators) while a notice goes to your old address.
